    Casey Key Real Estate

Casey Key real estate is something that many do not consider when thinking about a place to live. There are larger keys closer to Sarasota for one thing. However, there are benefits to living in a smaller community a bit further out. The traffic is less in this area. The residents on the key learn to know each other and this provides a close community feeling. There are no businesses on the key, but all you need is on the mainland just across the bridge. With access to private beaches and the water, this is a sun and water lover's paradise.

The residents on Casey Key are a mixture of seasonal and permanent residents. Some only come on vacation. The homes on the Key range from quite simple to high-end luxury. The barrier island is about eight miles long. For those that live on the ocean side, there are no barriers to the beauty of the water and the sunsets over the Gulf. People on the island take their privacy and sanctuary quite seriously. Many who live in this community are water sports lovers. With easy access to the water, kayaking and boating are very popular. Casey Key real estate offers much to those that live there.

Homes on the Key are usually over 3000 square feet. Some go up over 7000 square feet. The styles of homes found in Casey Key real estate can be quite modern or have a Mediterranean style. Many homes are less than a decade old. This makes it easy to move into a home and start enjoying the area without worry. Many of these homes have a view out over the Gulf or on the Intracostal Waterway. Some homes are large enough to need a separate guesthouse. Almost all have pools, saunas, and other outdoor amenities.

For those looking for a quiet place to live within reasonable distance of Sarasota, Casey Key real estate is something to consider. These homes are often estate size. This makes it a great place to enjoy retirement or to raise children. For those that want access to water, there is no better place to live. The water is everywhere. Residents have access year round, and many have access off the back of their homes. It is a wonderful place to enjoy life. With mature tropical landscape, it is definitely a paradise amidst the busy world of Sarasota County.
