You strike me as a broker who will help those interested in buying achieve their goal, rather than cite NAR fluff and other spin to coax consumers into the market. That's the way it should work and a good way to restore consumer's faith in your industry.
Seems analogous to the legal industry -- particularly civil litigation. There's good lawyers out there for those needing legal assistance for very real reasons. There's also lawyers advertising on TV, pleading for any would-be client with even questionable merit. The former serve a needed function... the latter damage the entire industry's reputation.
From the previous comments and blog entries you have logged, it is also apparent that you are one of the good ones, who understand the importance of separating advice from commission. In fact if I ever find myself in need of legal counsel, you would probably be one of my first calls.
