    What is the best way to make a Home Seller accept my offer? "Many offers were either rejected or I lost out to several other buyers on other homes in the past" asks a Manchester NH home Buyer.

    The first red flag is they lost out on many other homes. The buyer told me they had a Buyer Agent. SO my first question is why isn't that buyer broker answering this question.

    Why would a Home Buyer cancel a showing on a home they could not wait to see. With a light shortage of homes for sale in the Manchester NH area, Buyers are waiting for new listings to hit the market so they can can see them right away. Today it was 85 degrees, sunny and no humidity in NH. A day that dreams are made of.

    Many new listings get multiple offers within days. So when a buyer and their agent does not show up for an appointment i begin to wonder. Waiting 5 minutes then 10 then 15 minutes I call the agent as it was an assisted showing. Come to find out it was "too nice" to look at homes today and they canceled their days showings.
