    PHOENIX NEW HOME SEARCH - REALTOR REBATES 50% COMMISSION to BUYERS

    Almost all Arizona home builders pay a 3% commission to real estate agents who represent home buyers. This commission is built into the price of all the builder's homes because the majority of buyers are working with a real estate agent. If a buyer were to deal direct with the builder, the commission amount is not discounted from the price of the home - the builder then profits by this extra margin.  Builders don't want to anger the realtor community or their prior home buyers who were represented by realtors, thus they don't discount the commission amount for buyers who deal direct.

    So for all new home buyers, it makes good common sense to be represented by a realtor.  The commission is already in the price, so why not take advantage of the realtor representation?  And this holds especially true if buyers can find an agent who will share 50% of the sales commission with the buyer.  Champion Realty does just that - we rebate 50% of the sales commission to all home buyers, not just on new home purchases, but resales as well.

    On a $150,000 home purchase, the commission amount is $4,500.00.......based on 3%.  Champion Realty pays half that amount to the buyer.....$2,250.00, in cash at closing.  Buyers can spend the money any way they choose.
