Champion Realty rebates 50% of the sales commission to AZ new home buyers.

Almost all home builders pay a 3% commission to realtors - buyers receive a 1.5% CASH BACK rebate.

Builders have a one-price policy and don't give discounts when buyers deal direct.

If buyers want the commission rebate, they must be registered by a rebate real estate agent in the builder's model home complex on the first visit - no exceptions!

    Commission Rebate Examples:
$150K home purchase = $2,250.00 CASH BACK Commission Refund
$300K home purchase = $4,500.00 CASH BACK Commission Refund
$500K home purchase = $7,500.00 CASH BACK Commission Refund
Refund amounts based on the typical 3% commission received by realtors.

Commission rebates are approved by the United States Department of Justice and the AZ Department of Real Estate.
