Wright's Pond will be opening this summer thanks to the hard work by the city for the benefit of all city residents. In case you aren't aware of it, Wright's Pond offers Medford Residents the unique benefit of a fresh water recreation area with a beach attended by lifeguards, a bath house/changing facilities attended by bath-house attendants, first-aid, as well as a great concession area to grab a bite to eat. Picnic area&playground and large parking lot make for a great day trip while still remaining close to home.

Wright's Pond also has some great fishing & birthday party opportunities as well. It's usually opened the day after school gets out in Medford for the summer. With everyone's budget tight in these trying times it's wonderful to have a place like Wright's Pond to be able to enjoy a safe & clean day of fun.
