    We had 5 new listings of single family homes in Palo Alto last week as oppose to 7 the week before 14 listings changed status to pending last week the same as the week before and 6 listings  closed escrow last week as oppose to 8 the week before.

    All listings sold significantly above the asking price but 2 listings.

    The inventory is very low.  The market remains a seller market.
