    16 listings changed status to pending last week as oppose to 10 the week before and 17 listings  closed escrow last week as oppose to 14 the week before. the inventory is picking-up as usual around this time.

    All listings sold significantly above the asking price but 4

    The inventory is very low.  The market remains a seller market.
