NEW CONSTRUCTION - Just Broke Ground

The ever developing Northern Liberties Neighborhood is getting 5 more additions to it's residential count. Developers just broke ground on the corner of Reno St and N Lawrence Street to construct 5 townhomes in a planned community called "TOWNE". There will be 3 townhomes with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and there will be 2 townhomes with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. All of these units will get 1 Car Parking in the carport located off of Reno Street. (as pictured in the photo above) Each home will be equipped with a surround sound speaker package with iPod docking stations, Bosch Stainless Steel Appliances, Dual Zone Wine Fridge, Hardwood Floors T/O, Architectually designed staircases with custom made steel railings, Fiberglass Roof Top Decks, and a Ten Year Tax Abatement has been applied for to pass along a great tax rate.

If you're unfamiliar with Northern Liberties you should drive through to check out the boutique shopping at the Piazza and the fine dining around the neighborhood. Honey's Sit N Eat, The Abbaye, North Third Restaurant, Silk City Diner, Darlings Diner, Bar Ferdinand, Dos Segundos, Green Eggs Cafe, Rustica Pizza, Trios Trattoria and much more.

For the dog lovers and owners register your dog at the Friends of Orianna Hill Dog Park.

Also, check out the great night spots like one of the city's best bowling alleys North Bowl. Relax with a friendly game of cornhole (beanbags) at Druid's Keep on N Hancock and Brown.

This is just the tip of the iceberg and I urge you to swing through the neighborhood and check it out ... if you like it like I do then you'll buy a place here. This is my neighborhood and if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask away.
