The West Roxbury single family market is hot, in the most part. Homes in the $400,000's and $500,000's are in short supply. Open houses are packed, even for this historically quiet time of year. Houses still lingering on the market after some weeks should be seriously considered if you are in the mood to negotiate, otherwise you are in the bidding wars.
