I understand that there are some limitations on the amount/type of content you can share. Using your own judgment, i think there is good information that can be shared without crossing the line.

So, in a true-lia fashion, we listened to your feedback and we added 10 real estate pro types that better demonstrate the area of expertise for the Real Estate Pro members of our community. You can now select from:

Agent, Broker, Mortgage Broker or Lender, Appraiser, Home Inspector, Contractor, Builder/Developer, Stager, Property Manager, Other Pro

Once you specify the 'type of pro' that best describes you, it will appear on your profile. Progressively this info will be available throughout the site, everywhere where your photo appears, so consumers can easily understand what your area of expertise is when you answer a question, or post a blog.

How can you take advantage of this functionality?

So, this post is really, truly intended to help fellow San Francisco sushi lovers to discover awesome new places! ... aka no Dash contest for me, just good kharma - still not a bad deal!

A few weeks ago, i walked by this lovely small sushi place, called Tataki sushi located at 2815 California Street (just at the corner of California and Divisadero really). I was with my husband and we were both very hungry, so we went in without a second thought and since then, we went back four times!

Tataki sushi is all about sustainable food. All tables have a small card offering more information about the sustainable food movement; which is pretty cool. The menu has a wide variety of choices: nigiri, sashimi, rolls. Everything is great, but the rolls are out of this word! You can check out the full menu here, but i highly recommend:

• Distinguisher roll: pretty spicy, it even comes in a plate that is on fire - literally. So if spicy is not your thing...don't go for it
• 49er: it is masago (small eggs of capelin) and avocado topped with lemon
• Pacific sunrise: it is three different type of fishes and no rice. very light, yet really tasty
• Golden state: spicy scallop topped with albacore tuna. once of the most interesting combinations i have ever tried

Ah….tough decision! After tons of investigation and deep thinking I decided to bite the bullet and get a sub-zero. And here is my verdict:

Sub-Zero fridge is better than a car:
1. Keeps your food cool and fresh no matter for much longer than a car
2. Maintenance cost is much lower than a car
3. It is more environmentally friendly
4. You don’t need to use your car as often to go grocery shopping
5. When you open the door, it is always cool (even during heatwave!)
