A loan officer will make an educated guess about your ability to buy a home based on your verbal or written submissions of income, finances, and credit history. (The fee for pulling your credit scores may be the only cost you pay in the pre-approval process.) They will then produce a pre-approval letter that certifies that you have the resources to afford to buy a home for a certain amount. The pre-approval letter will also usually specify the interest rate you’ll pay for borrowing such a sum. Sellers love buyers who are pre-approved because they have proof that the buyers have financial backing and are prepared to pay the required amount. representation agreement, It is for your protection. Technically without the
agreement the agent represents the seller, not you. The agreement creates a fiduciary
relationship between agent and buyer at the highest level. In addition among a
lot of other things we don’t need to go over at this time it creates
confidentiality between agent and buyer. You are disclosing to agent some
information you want held in confidence but without the agreement the agent is
under no obligation to keep your personal information confidential with the
sellers agent. You are a huge disadvantage without an agreement. Further you
pay nothing for a buyers rep agreement as you know the seller pay the
commission. A buyers rep agreement is a standard form but I go one step

You should too. I have over 1.2 million views. I make a simple video of my listing. I edit it with Pinnacle software. I narrate and add music so to keep it interesting. My channel has all my realtor info, including web address and more. Never thought in a million years Google would pay me money for my channel. I receive about $200-$400 a year for my videos that have ads on them. Now you should do the same. Do not just rely on your virtual tours. Do more and get paid to do it with more sales, listings and buyers!<br></font></p>
