Real Estate of the Rockies Joins Prudential . . .

Oct. 6, 2009 –– Real Estate of the Rockies ––  a growing front range agency with offices in Denver, Boulder, Longmont, Westminster and Centennial –– announced this afternoon that it has affiliated with Prudential Real Estate.

Managing Broker David Binkowski said "Prudential Real Estate of the Rockies" will remain an independent, locally-owned company.  The Colorado firm's management team will stay the same, he said.

Binkowski said affiliating with Prudential Real Estate will provide local associates with new tools, training and technological support, all of which will benefit home buyers and sellers.

"Now we have within our reach state-of-the-art systems to deal with the evolving  market challenges of this electronic age. With Prudential's help we can surpass the competition in technology and customer service," said the managing broker.

He noted that Prudential boasts the highest average residential sales price in the United States.  Prudential home sales in the U.S. average $344,232.  This is more than $100,000 higher than the closest competitor, according to figures provided by Prudential.

Prudential also manages one of the largest residential relocation operations in the United States.
