What happens with those who do not have a credit score? Isn't hat the point of a FN program?

Good question, Andrew & Elana. We have a source for foreign credit reports. However, if a borrower does not have a credit score, we can, at our discretion review alternative credit for approval.

Hello Ros, what about financing for rental properties for Canadians? Any options? I already own some but would like to use financing for future purchases.

Hi Ros,

Are you license in Texas? I have a Canadian couple who I need to get finance. Looking in the $350K range. Thanks!
