Hi all, as you may have heard by now, Trulia launched a couple of new mobile platform integrations today and we're really excited to hear feedback from you. Downloaded it to my IPhone but wish you could pick the type of property you are looking for instead of having to go through everything. Is that possible?

Hi Brad - from the home page of the app, you can search for all homes near your current location or create a custom search. In the custom search, you can specify the results you're looking for - price range, number of beds/bath, square feet, etc.... Unfortunately, you can't specify the property type in the search yet but it's on the roadmap.

I've been waiting for this application to make its way to the market and downloaded it this morning. I love the integrated features and believe this is another evolution in the industry, putting more information in the hands of the consumer. I blogged about it this morning at blog.theshulergroup.com. Can't wait to hear more about the roadmap and what's coming down the line.
