    There have been two closed sales since my last Cocoplum Market Update.  The first is located on Los Pinos Boulevard in the southern section of Cocoplum (non-waterfront).  This beautiful home came on the market back in January at an asking price of $6,250,000.  The owners just sold it for $4,500,000 which makes it the highest sale in Cocoplum all year. 

    The second home to sell in Cocoplum since my last market update is located at 286 Costanera Road.  The owners purchased the house in 2008 for $2,125,000 and sold it for $1,650,000 last month.  As I tell my clients, luxury real estate is at an all time low.  It is evident that homes in Cocoplum have not escaped the downturn.

    There are 50 homes for sale in Cocoplum ranging in price from $16,000,000 to $1,300,000 – to view them click here.

    Aside from sales, other happenings in Cocoplum include a $420,000 renovation to the gatehouse that is just about completed.  This renovation cost the owners in Cocooplum $830.00 per home.  The house is getting a new gate, new windows, new fountain, bathroom and landscaping.
