I revisited what the condo and single family housing market looks like in Medford andBoston's Back Bay three months after I posted about it.  All data in this post is based on information provided to and compiled by MLS Property Information Network, Inc. (MLSPIN) and retrieved on Nov. 15, 2010.

More Medford condos and single family houses sold in October than in July.  The average sales price fell from $388,714 to $338,946.

Less Back Bay condos and single family houses sold in October than in July.  The average sales price fell from $1,422,514 to $1,197,627.
