Casa Del Sol is one of Tequesta's newest communities.  These luxury townhouses are located near the Intracoastal Waterway and some have views of the ocean over Jupiter Island to the east.

Casa Del Sol offers something rare in Tequesta, namely new community construction.  And while Tequesta is an ideal place to live, most of it was built decades ago although there are a few pockets of newer homes.  And since the geographic region is very small, there is not the land available for another Abacoa or Rialto.  Casal Del Sol, much like Tierra Del  Sol in Jupiter, was nestled into a small but opportune piece of land.

Jupiter/Tequesta is a small town still and we have the priviledge or honoring the fallen on Memorial Day.  This was taken at Riverside Memorial Park in Tquesta in 2013.

One of the unique communities that make up the Village of Tequesta is known as Little Club.
Located on the northern side of Tequesta, Little Club is situated along the south side of Jonathan Dickinson State Park and between Heritage Oaks and North Passage.

Little Club residents enjoy a community clubhouse with pool, activities and a library.  In addition, there is a par-3, nine hole golf club which is always available to residents.

Buyers have their choice of either condos or single family homes for sale in Little Club.  There are close to 400 condos along the golf course and about 120 single family homes.  Prices range from $ 64,000 to over $300,000.

You can see them all at Coastal Florida Real Estate or for personal service contact me at 561-762-4073.

  • Tequesta, is it near the ocean and beaches?

Tequesta is Jupiter's sister city on the north side of the Jupiter Inlet.  Here in the shadow of the famous Jupiter Lighthouse, the sleepy Village of Tequesta offers a unique assortment of living styles.

    Coastal Florida Real Estate
Tequesta is surrounded by water on three sides and Jonathan Dickinson State Park on the north.  This means traffic is very light and it is a quiet place to live.

Tequesta real estate offers waterfront condos located on the Intracoastal Waterway.  Here most of the units are 2 or 3 bedroom and prices are typically in the mid $ 200's.  In some buildings like Broadview residents have views north up the ICW and across to Jupiter Island.

There are single family homes in neighborhoods like Bayview Terrace, River Ridge, Heritage Oaks and Tequesta Country Club.  Along the different forks of the Loxahatchee River, waterfront properties can run into the millions and have unequaled views of the River.

    Coastal Florida Real Estate
For beach lovers, Coral Cove park on Jupiter Island is only a 5 minute drive.  If you prefer quieter waters, the ICW on Jupiter Island offers quiet shallow water perfect for snorkeling and relaxing.

Cross the Jupiter Inlet and you will find Dubois Park and Jupiter Beach Park which is right on the ocean.  A little further south you will find Carlin Park and then all the way to Juno Beach are the famous Jupiter beaches which are wide, clean, "dog-friendly" and most of all free.

If Tequesta sounds like a place worth investigating as a possible new location for your family, you can see all Tequesta homes for sale on Coastal Florida Real Estate or for personal service contact me at 561-762-4073.
  • Tequesta homes for sale: Sales pace continues to increase

Tequesta is Jupiter's sister city on the north side of the Jupiter Inlet.  Here, the peaceful Village of Tequesta sits between the ocean, Jonathan Dickinson State Park and two forks of the Loxahatchee River.

Modest condos along the Intracoastal give great views while those estates along the Loxahatchee River enjoy unparalleled access to the ocean, the Bahamas and the Intracoastal Waterway.

Right now there are over 200 properties on the market priced from the $ 40,000's for a condo in Little Club to over $ 5 million for a waterfront estate.  You can see them all by visiting me at Coastal Florida Real Estate or to find the best deals contact me directly at 561-762-4073.

    Tequesta Real Estate Data

The Village of Tequesta is probably one of our most overlooked areas.

Developed in the 60's, the lot sizes are much bigger than those of today. The Village has almost no crime, art galleries and restuarants, new Publix supercenter, county library & post office and is only 5-10 minutes from the beaches, the lighthouse and Jupiter Island.

According to the Regional MLS 143 single family homes are currently on the market. The median list price is $ 699,000 and this high figure is the result of expensive waterfront homes.
In the last 30 days, 13 houses have sold at a median price of $ 275,000 or $ 147 per square foot. This is exactly in line with the statistics for Jupiter. But they were on the market for only 112 days which is less time than for Jupiter.
