April 30,2010?

What’s the significance of April 30, 2010?

This is the last date when you must have your newly purchase home under contract to qualify for the U.S. Governments first-time home buyer tax credit ($8,000) or current home owner tax credit ($6,500).

With only ten weeks before April 30th, it’s time to seriously look for your new home.

Give me a call or e-mail so we can meet and start the process of finding you a new home on the Missouri side of the Kansas City metropolitan area (Platte, Clay, and Jackson counties).

Check out my website to take a look at properties currently on the market.
