Fall is a great time to sell!

Fall is so beautiful!  Steamy summer is gone, and the days and nights are beginning to cool in preparation for winter. Fall colors are warm and beautiful!  Use the cooler days to refresh your house.  Clean up the yard, repair the fence, get rid of unused and unwanted "things" that clutter the house, freshen up the paint inside and out while you can still open up the windows.  Just remember, loud colors do not go well if you plan to sell.  Stage the house with some color from the fall leaves, but don't overdo it. The idea is to unclutter, not add to it.  Just use a touch here and there.  If the house is empty, you can add a "little" more.  Clean out the garage.  You've been waiting for the right time to do it; it can't get any better!  There is a month left of the $8000 buyer's incentive.  Use it to your best advantage, but do it now!
