Why Avery Ranch in Austin is popular

What makes Avery Ranch SO popular?

One of Austin’s fastest growing areas, Avery Ranch is conveniently located near RR 620, 183, and IH-35.  This allows for a short commute time for employees of major high tech companies such as 3M Corporation, Dell Computers, IBM Corporation, HP, Samsung, Motorola, Texas Instruments, and more.  Avery Ranch is also close to major shopping centers such as Lakeline Mall and The Arboretum.

In addition to a great location, Avery Ranch residents enjoy a beautiful 1,800 acre master-planned community specifically designed for families.  Avery Ranch amenities include several miles of oak lined hike & bike trails, a 60 acre lake, 5 community centers totaling 17acres of recreational fun, and an outdoor amphitheater. Golf lovers will enjoy the panoramic vistas and gentle rolling hills of the championship golf course.  In fact, Avid Golfer Magazine ranks Avery Ranch #1 for Best Course Conditions, Best Clubhouse, Best Dining Area, & Best Innovative Design.

Fun Facts:
Avery Ranch has its OWN CAVE! As you enter into the Morningside addition, at 9400 Morgan Creek you will see a fenced off section of park land. Below this is the entrance to the Avery Ranch Cave. It is owned by the
Texas Cave Conservancy and is opened occasionally for public viewing. It has built in lighting and decking.
