Buying a Home In Jacksonville? Don't Forget Flood Insurance

If you are planning to buy a home in Jacksonville, you should factor in the cost of flood insurance in your closing costs

Even if you are not in a flood zone or near a body of water, your home can still be damaged by rising water.   And if you don't have flood insurance, your homeowner's insurance may not cover your losses.
