2010 City of Buffalo Foreclosure Auction - October 25-27

2010 City of Buffalo Foreclosure Auction - October 25-27

Attention Investors:

The City of Buffalo holds an annual tax foreclosure auction on October 25th-27th, 2010.

You can find updated information at the City of Buffalo Website.

A 2008 study found that Buffalo had the third-highest housing vacancy rate in the nation and it appears that those numbers could climb higher. Over 4,400 Buffalo homeowners business owners will see their Buffalo properties placed on the auction block if they fail to pay back taxes and fees in the coming weeks.

Buffalo Foreclosure Auction

The three-day sale will begin Oct. 25 in the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center and if more than 3,000 properties are up for sale it could be the City's largest auction to date.   This sale includes over 1,500 vacant lots and 1,600 Buffalo properties that were previously offered at prior auctions and did not sold.
