Another significant change occurred, as Midas expanded their business beyond the United States - Midas had entered into the European market. By the late 1970s, Midas had manufactured its 50 millionth muffler. Throughout the late 80s and mid 90s, Midas introduced multiple programs that changed the standard for auto repair care. These programs included MAP (Motorist Assurance Program) and Project Safe Baby. Today, Midas continues to carry the tradition of quality service and auto care.
