Dayco Celebrates Topping-off of Town Center Dadeland One
Dadeland Area's First Class-A Office Building is On Track for Mid-2009 Delivery
MIAMI, Sep 23, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Dayco today announced the topping off of construction at Town Center One, a 210,000 square foot, 24-story class 'A' office building.
Located in Dadeland's new Urban Core, the triangle bordered by Kendall Drive to the north, the Palmetto expressway to the west, and US 1 to the east, Town Center One has attracted a broad range of purchasers, including BMI Companies, one of the top 500 Hispanic companies in the U.S., who will be relocating their world headquarters to Town Center One, as well as firms like Albertelli P.L., a full service corporate and real estate law firm, whose new location will be a flagship office for the firm's expansion into South Florida and Latin America.
"Construction is on schedule for delivery in May, 2009," says Luis Lamar, president of Dayco. "We will be enclosing the all glass tower starting in September. Our construction firm, KM Plaza, is doing an outstanding job with this building. Everyone is pleased with the progress and anxious to be a part of such an exciting, vibrant community. There is no other area in Miami-Dade that is so centrally located, and with such a broad range of amenities. "

Town Center One has a range of available office suite options, from 930 SF to full-floors. "We anticipate that some buyers will be interested in full floors as the building nears completion," continues Myers, "so at this point, we have made two floors available to meet that demand."
Prices for individual suites start at $399,000. For those who still prefer to lease their office space, there are individuals who purchased space at Town Center One as a long-term investment and are now offering that space for lease.
