Santa Clara County market for Town Homes and Condos indicate that the inventory has dereased by over half. We have gone from 1531 units in Jan of 2011 to 600 units in Jan of 2012. Sales prices have increased slightly over the course of the year from $324 / sq. ft to $345 / sq. ft., this inculdes all areas of silicon valley. This indicates the market has stabilized.
