Today's update is going to cover a few things that you may or may not know about, yet definitely effect all of us who are on the internet and using web based services.

The first new tool is an advertisement blocker that runs on Google's Chrome web browser. If you aren't using google chrome you can download here : https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/

I enjoy the ability to ''pin'' websites and online services that I use frequently (most often daily) and have said pages automagically load each time you open Chrome.

Next you'll want to hop on over to the free google extensions shop, which offers tons of various ways for you to customize, personalize, speed up and make your web browser easy to use.

The link to the store is here : https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions

Several of the ''Extensions'' I use personally are

    Adblock Pro

    Avast Web Security Extension

    Adblock for Facebook

    Google Docs

So we're making our best attempt to syncronize all of our various websites, from Trulia, my company website, Twitter, Facebook, WordPress, Realtor.com, Postlets, and many others I have not listed. Making sure that these forms of media and advertisement are ''backlinked'' is a crucial part of search engine optimization. Since no one is perfect and I'm still in the learning process of the whole ''internet'' & ''technology'' world, we can all use ALL the help we can get when it comes to our advertisements and making sure information is available to everyone interested. If you would like to find information regarding these topics and much much more, I encourage you to visit our ''local resouces'' page on my website @  http://www.paulsniderrealestate.com/home.html and visit some of our favorite online technology resources. Everything from website building and tips to free anti-virus and other tools to make computer a bit easier can be found there. As always, we thank you very much for your continued support and welcome all feedback on how we're doing! Thank you and have a wonderful weekend!

    Hello Folks!

This is one of my trial-run blog posts, so you'll have to ''cut me some slack'' as far as the whole blogging thing goes. Unlike many young people today, constantly using social media & online forums/message boards to share their experiences, ideas, thoughts and feelings - I prefer to live my life, not record it (not recording too much of it anyhow). In my blog I will strive to keep things varied and not repeat content thats already been posted, continuously cover the exact same topics and bore you out of your mind. If you enjoy keeping up on the latest real estate information, statistics, current listings & all their according information - I encourage you to visit & create a username on our website @  http://www.paulsniderrealestate.com/home.html

Here you will have unrestricted access to the EXACT same database that area REALTOR/Brokers' utilize and perform unlimited property searches (as broad or narrow-criteria as you'd like), view all property information & even get customized reports & email-alerts on any/all properties shown on the MLS. (Multiple Listing System) As well as our real estate search engine there are ''Local Resources'' & our ''Preferred Professionals'' section, where you will find much information based upon our areas most prominant businesses & resources! I'd like to thank you for reading my blog post and we are working round-the-clock to assemble new & up to date content for all future blog postings. Stay tuned & Have a great day!

                                                                                              Thoughtfully,

                                                                                                                   Paul Snider
