Nar has been saying real estate would improve since the top of the bubble., Yun has been so far wrong it is amazing he still has a real job. Well, maybe he is being paid to be a NAR cheerleader instead of to be an honest economist.. Anyone who believes either one when they make a forecast is foolish at best. They have been saying things will improve the whole time the housing crash was going on.
