New builder pounces on distressed Sacramento-area land

S360 acquires new construction communities from bankrupt builders who otherwise wouldn’t have completed the development leaving the new homeowners stranded in partially completed neighborhoods.

Without S360Development’s acquisition of over 400 lots in Rancho Cordova, West Sacramento, South Sacramento and Natomas homeowners, many 1st time purchasers would have been left to fend for themselves surrounded by over grown empty lots.

Stranded without the support of the Home Owner’s Association, common area maintenance comes to a standstill and the neighborhood soon begins to show the signs of neglect. Once S360 acquires a new development, the initial goal is to reestablish the HOA and begin maintaining the community.

The emphasis is to complete the community in the shortest period of time, proving a quality built home at or below the current market value. Our architects review the initial plans and work towards improving design, quality and affordability sustaining the integrity of the community.

Currently S360 Development has four residential communities under construction, reservations taken for November 22nd occupancy priced from $140,000 to $350,000.

dont buy in the mack and Franklin Villa Terrassa community, it is the worst and they have the most dumbiest parking rule, the homes are built like crap and i really regret buying in this community. they seem to change their stupid rules and policies as they please to, this place is worst then living in jail. you cant live and be happy, you always have to watch your back and your car because of HB TOWING and retarded Paladin Security, you pay $130 in HOA fees for nothing..... take my advice and dont buy here its a nightmare, and thats the nightmare im in right now!
