  • Mortgage interest rates at lowest since WWII - Great Buying Opportunity

Today’s economic environment has created an exceptional opportunity to finance the purchase of a home!

In October 2011, the average Freddie Mac interest rate for 30-year fixed rate mortgages was an incredibly low 4.07%.

Mortgage rates are now at the lowest point since WWII. In fact, in 1945, the average mortgage rate was 4.70 percent as cited in “A History of Interest Rates” published by Rutgers University Press.

Keep in mind that FHA and VA loans are still available for 3.5% down (or less) for qualified applicants.

Lucky you! Because "you have a friend in real estate!"

If you’re considering a home purchase, now is the time to act (while inventories are plentiful.) Call me today and I'll get to work on helping you find the right N. TX home and working with our in-office loan officer on your home loan!
