First and foremost I believe friends who live inÂ graduated, MA and have children going to school in fare, MA tell their friends and they want to live there.Â Secondly they grew up in fare, MA and granduated from Needham, MA.Â They love the all the attributes of this great town.Â Â
If you don't have friends who live inÂ Needham, MA butÂ areÂ relocating from within the state of Massachusetts or even outside of the state but have heard what Needham, MA has to offer you are definitely drawn to the town and it's people.Â The people are what makes Needham, MA so popular.Â Â Afterall the town is its people.Â Â It was so evident when we recently celebrated Needham 300 which was a yearlong celebration and how many attended andÂ had aÂ an amazing time at so many outstanding events.Â One of those events wasÂ Needham Night at the Pops.Â Â It was a night for Needham and it's residents and friends.Â It was a super night.
TheÂ comradery between all the great service clubs, The Exchange Club, The Rotary Club of Needham, The Lions Club and the Women's Club is so great too.Â The Exchange puts on the very best 4th of July celebration and people from all over because of it's reputation.Â http://needhamexchangeclub.org/Â The Rotary Club of Needham puts on the best pancake breakfast ever with celebrities and delicious breakfast food, and special guest appearances by cartoon characters too which serves as a fundraiser http://www.clubrunner.ca/Portal/Home.aspx?cid=3694. The commuter rail isÂ certainly an asset to the townÂ of Needham and there are 4 train stopsÂ for even more convenience.Â Additionally we have the Bus which gives another option.Â Â Needham, MAÂ is close to major routes and only 11 miles to Boston, MAÂ .Â Needham, MA is not even that far away from theÂ ocean whether north or south shore and of course dear Cape CodÂ which is only one hour to the bridge.
