Trulia makes 'Top 20 real estate websites in February' 2011 list again
Trulia held its number five spot as the most-visited real estate website, according to the Inman News article of March 16, 2011, "Top 20 real estate websites in February."
Inman's article indicated that among other sites claiming rank to fame include: Yahoo (No. 1, since November 2010); Apartment Guide (No. 10); Rentals.com (No. 12); Apartments.com (No. 13); Loopnet.com (No. 18); and Weichert.com (No. 20).
Also interesting in Inman's article were the Top 10 most popular "search terms" used in February (with all but the word "trulia" having appeared routinely in the top 10); these words I've listed below for you:
apartments for rent
houses for rent

It was just interesting to see which sites are being visited, and what
search words are being used. It really is a shame more of us Realtors couldn't reach out (somehow become more visible) to help these
folks narrow down their searches and save them time. Buyers really can benefit from the assistance of Realtors.
Anyway, just wanted to share the information... I found it very interesting. Wishing you all a wonderful weekend--enjoy the beautiful sunshine.
