Nicki Minaj And Meek Mill Move Into A Beverly Hills Mansion

The couple are dropping a reported $35,000 a month to live it up in the 90210.

When you’re one of the reigning couples of hip-hop, it’s only right that you rent a home in Beverly Hills, CA, that is worthy of royalty. So for Meek Mill and Nicki Minaj (aka Meek and Nick to their loyal fans), the reasonable next step is to drop $35,000 a month on a stunning eight-bedroom, 10-bathroom contemporary Mediterranean estate in one of Los Angeles, CA’s most coveted neighborhoods.

While the couple previously planned to plunk down some serious dough and buy a home, they were slightly sidetracked when Meek was nailed with house arrest, TMZ.com reported. Doh! It seems the hip-hop star, who famously denied trashing friend Justin Bieber’s home during a Grammy party in 2015, has had a little trouble with the law in the past. But with Nicki’s name on the new lease for the Beverly Hills home, the couple are in the clear.

Located in a prestigious gated community, the 10,337-square-foot estate was built in 2008 and overlooks canyons and mountains, with the shining lights of Los Angeles in the distance. The home’s majesty starts from the first step inside — above the grand two-story entry is a painted mural ceiling depicting a cloudy sky. Continue through the living room, formal dining room, and family room before entering the eat-in kitchen, which comes complete with a spacious breakfast area, two sinks, a side-by-side refrigerator and freezer, and a cozy fireplace. There are seven bedrooms upstairs, including a guesthouse with a terrace and separate entrance. Outside, the home features rolling lawns, a sparkling swimming pool and spa, a spacious motor court and five-car garage, and an outdoor barbecue area. But here’s the kicker: The home is located on the site of Rat Pack crooner Frank Sinatra’s former home! That’s Hollywood for ya.
