Foreclosure

It I s perfect time for the buyers to purchase a home in Florida.  If you even remotely considering to invest in Real Estate, why not in Florida?  It is always sunny,  close to beaches and still is the most desirable place to live and or retire.  The foreclosures in FL are still available at very low and affordable prices.  Then was the last time you could buy a brand new home for $50000?  I don't remember either.
Don't wait, I have few client who searching homes daily, for new deals.  Among them few northerners who planning to retire in 5 to 7 years down the road, meanwhile, they are taking advantage of low prices and after purchase I rent the homes out to the tenants for them.  It is a great time to BUY!!!
Please let me know if you have any questions about Real Estate in Sw Florida, I would be happy to answer them.  Theather buying or selling call me!

"South Florida home prices not expected to rise soon
A national report predicts that South Florida's housing market recovery won't be this year, and not next year either in Miami-Dade County.
By MATTHEW HAGGMAN
mhaggman@MiamiHerald.com

Home prices in Miami-Dade County will continue sliding through 2010 and won't bottom out until 2011, according to a new report by Moody's Economy.com. Broward County will fare a bit better, it predicts, with prices hitting bottom in the latter part of 2010."

Great investment indeed.
