I know, sometimes people say that a view is worth a million dollar, while others just think that the concept of overpaying just because a place features a great view is not making sense.
Being a real estate agent that lives & work in Waikiki, I have the pleasure of visiting many of the penthouse that sit on top of the high-rise buildings around here.
I have to admit that the view from some of these penthouses still takes my breath away!!!
