A few years ago, a friend of mine attended my Spinning® class and afterward we ran into each other in the parking lot. Actually, it started out with a "Pst, pst, hey Mike, take a look at this." She was pointing in her trunk. I was a little concerned that her previous Spinning® instructor might have been in there.
No instructor in the trunk. Actually, it was a stack of pastry pizzas. She proceeded to tell me about a little business on the west side of town that provided these yummy delights for her business. Diane carried these pizzas into her client's offices and won over the staff before talking to the decision makers. Once she had the staff, the decision makers didn't stand a chance. She was the top salesperson on the east coast for her company.
Patsy's Pastry Pizza is a European style cafe specializing in salads, homemade soups and breakfast, lunch and dinner pizzas. The gourmet pizzas are Patsy's signature item, and they are amazing. I had the opportunity of meeting
Jack Carouthers as an electrical client and that snapped me back to the
trunk full of pastry pizzas. We've done a number of projects together
since then, and in the process, I've had the privilege of meeting Patsy
Patsy's has expanded to a second location on the Loudoun Street Mall in downtown Winchester.
This is one of the most exciting entrepreneurial ventures I've seen in a
long time. Jack and Patsy are rolling out a vegetarian and gluten free
menu along with their great current menu.
Drop in to their Jubal Early Drive location or the Loudoun Street location and have the treat of your day. Both locations have similar menus, and I promise, you will not be disappointed. They are fabulous! Also, if you're hosting a special event, Patsy caters. No matter what your need, Patsy and Jack can meet it. Give them a call, and settle back and expect to be amazed.
