Help! Trulia Readers Need a System to Flag and Remove Spam

by Michelle Carr Crowe, Cupertino real estate agent

"Muscle miracle weigh loss!" "Lose weight while you sleep!" posted to "Celebrity Homes"?

Is anyone else tired of seeing these types of spam blog posts here at Trulia?

I would love to see Trulia add a "report spam" link for these types of posts and a system that either alerts a real person at Trulia to verify it's spam or automatically takes them down once a certain number of reports come in.

I love helping people learn more about Silicon Valley real estate homes, neighborhoods and properties, as well as general real estate help.

The current Trulia landscape cluttered by spam posts is hurting Trulia's image and the Trulia readers' experience.

Trulia readers and real bloggers would benefit from a way to self-police inappropriate blog posts. Then the wisdom and knowledge here at Trulia could be clear and visible for all to see.

What do you think? Do you feel Trulia Readers Need a System to Flag and Remove Spam?
