SCHAP

 

If you are a Brooklyn Senior Homeowner who needs financial assistance to repair your Brooklyn New York Real Estate   home the  SCHAP program maybe ideal for you.   SCHAP provides low or zero interest forgivable loans to New York City homeowners over 60 years of age to make repairs.

HPD in addition to the Parodneck Foundation provides these loan up to $40,000 for a single-family home and up to $30,000 per dwelling for 2-4 family houses to low and moderate income seniors.
