Streamline Your Condo Project -- Solutions to HOA Issues

There are many issues that can arise with a condo project, preventing individuals from getting financing.  Some problems may be issues with CC&R's, pending or active litigation or an unsatisfactory budget, which all arise when you're doing a full condo project review.  One suggestion is to check with a lender to see if the project will qualify for a streamline review, which would only require a satisfactory copy of the master insurance policy for the condo project.  Not all lenders offer this type of product, and it's best to speak to a loan officer to verify your project will qualify for this type of review, but there are solutions out there, depending on which lender you are talking to.  To find out if your condo project is eligible for a streamline review and you're aware there are some issues existing with the HOA, please feel free to give me a call or send me an email.
