Tai Chi and Qi Gong
Open to both residents and non-residents. Classes are at Sartory Senior Center on Fridays at 8 a.m. Cost is $5 per class. Purchase a card for $25 at Sartory Senior Center.

Yoga is a centuries-old practice designed to bring the mind, body and spirit into harmony. The word yoga literally means â€œjoining.â€ One is never too old to begin! Classes are free for residents 55 and older, and meet Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2:15 p.m.
Chair yoga is a low-impact yoga class for seniors done on a chair aimed to relax and stretch the body. Free for residents 55 and older. Classes begin at 2:15 p.m. on Wednesdays and 10:30 a.m. on Fridays.
Exercise to music with instructor Nicole. Class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11 a.m. and is free for residents 55 and older.
For any level stitchers. Bring your own supplies. You will need Size G aluminum crochet hooks and one skein of worsted weight yarn (either acrylic or cotton). Open to both residents and non-residents on Thursdays at 11 a.m.
Stitching for Charity
Make items for different organizations. Bring your own supplies for either knitting or crochet. This is more of a stitching club. Open to both residents and non-residents on Thursdays at 11 a.m.
Senior Pride Bus
The Coral Springs Senior Pride Bus Program provides transportation to local grocery stores and malls for senior citizens. The group also goes on trips to local attractions at an additional cost. Any Coral Springs senior age 55 or older can join this service as long as they are able to board the bus without assistance and carry their own packages. The annual fee is $25.
