    Hey Architecture Nerds! You might like this one. TakeSunset sure did!  It's the Norton House, designed by Buff and Hensman, in 1954.  Don't ask me why it's called the Norton House.


    I wonder if it's named after Edward Norton?  Probably.


    It's kinda like a time capsule in here.


    They sure don't put fun chicken and fish mosaics up in every house these days.


    Ok, this child's bed is super cute.  Love it.  But its placement in this picture seems creepy for some reason.  What is it?  That bust of Pinocchio, on the floor next to it, sure doesn't help the creep factor either.


    Ah.  This room is nice and warm and non-creepy.  Just be sure to keep the doors locked--I don't trust that Pinocchio, whether he has legs or not!

    Remember these four fabulous homes?  Well, now they're bringing joy to brand new owners.


    Romantical 1517 N Beverly Drive just sold, on Friday, for $1,415,000--$20 G's over asking price.


    4778 Cromwell This flavorful Los Feliz beauty closed last Thursday at $2,200,000.


    Another cool Los Feliz property, 3604 Lowry, sold yesterday for $1,237,500.


    And then there's, 9050 Oriole Way.  It sold earlier this month at $14,500,000, but, no, not to Charlie Sheen.

    By the way, where is he these days?  I haven't heard from him since he made like "Fat Man" and bombed in Detroit.

    Though these bad-ass homes are now taken, don't look back in anger.   There will always be awesome properties available in LA.  (And Charlie Sheen will always mystify the hell outta all of us.)
