    Downtown LA is becoming quite a hip destination for living these days.  Old buildings and warehouses are being restored into sexy lofts with incredible views.  The downtown arts, eats, and entertainment scenes are all heating up too.  If you're a downtown fan, but not a fan of condo living with the drag of parking garages, elevators, long hallways, and neighbors, this just might be the place for you!  This is one of only a few freestanding buildings, downtown, permitted for residential use.  That's right, it's all yours--no HOA fees!

    Technically, this is a 0 bedroom, 3 bath residence.  But this looks like a bedroom to me.
