More interesting Data in Clinton!  Inventory has been cut in half, which is great for sellers, and the inventory overhang is gone.  Although buyers could have found some great deals, and probably still can, it will take more work.  Paradoxically, the average market time for solds has jumped to 8 months, which is very ugly, but likely reflects sales of properties with very high market times.  A quick look shows that a number of large market time properties in the Woodlands have moved off the market, and the inventory at that trouble complex has started to level out.  Great news for sellers who will be able to get better prices soon.
