Not much good news here for Worcester Condo owners. Â With an imbalance of condo actives outpacing the solds almost at 2:1, there's tremendous competition. Prices will likely continue to fall, but the good news is that market time is falling steadily, and if that trend continues, we may see stabilization in this part of the Worcester market. Â Currently, condos are lagging the single family market, as is typical of both recoveries and pull backs. BAd news for sellers means good news for buyers, who should have plenty of choices especially in Worcester upper end condo market (above 300K). Â
