Main Line Homes for Sale Video Tours #4

Four Luxury Homes for Sale in Malvern

On the Main Line real estate front: Do you know about the new slip ramp for the Pennsylvania Turnpike that is being built as I write at Route 29 near the Great Valley Corporate Center? This will make Malvern, PA 19355 a much better location for corporate travel to Harrisburg, PA and New York City. Now the beautiful mansions in Charlestown and other areas in Malvern with their spacious and expansive grounds will be a stone's throw from a PA Turnpike ramp. The slip entrance will be entirely electronic for EZ Pass use only and will have both an entrance and an exit whether you are travelling west or east!

The short video above shows the exteriors of four Malvern PA 19355 Luxury Homes for Sale. It includes 5 Southwinds Lane currently listed at $1,099,000 with 5 bedrooms 3.5 baths, 6037 sq. ft of living space on 8 acres. This was the Rouse-Chamberlain model home; 1 White Horse Meadows at $1,299,000 with 6 bedrooms 5.5 baths, 6000 sq. ft of living space on about 2 acres; 2 Whisper Lane at $1,199,000 with 6 bedrooms 5 baths, 6821 sq. ft of living space on over 5 acres & 35 Sunny Hollow at $899,999 with 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths, 2823 sq. ft of living space on almost 8 acres with a 4 stall horse barn. Prices as of 3/18/2012

Call Mary Beth Hurtado (610) 608-3119, your Main Line & Malvern real estate agent to see any of these four luxury homes and to help you in your move to Malvern! And please let her know you enjoyed the video! ;-) Please comment if you know more about the new PA Turnpike ramp or have seen these or other lovely homes in Malvern, PA 19355.

I heard that the slip ramp will allow a trip to Harrisburg in just more than an hour. Do you think this will affect home prices in Malvern and Charlestown after the ramp is open.

The coming ramp was big selling point on the choice of location for buying a home in Charlestown for a corporate CEO client who will need to commute every day to Harrisburg for at least a year.

Update: It is a great market. I heard that 5 South Winds Lane sold and we found a wonderful Malvern luxury home for sale for our clients who are relocating back from Europe.
