What are the Keys to Seller Satisfaction?

Price it right is the key to selling homes today.  How do I find the magic key to balance the market price with seller satisfaction?  Yesterdays sales seem to have todays seller feeling cheated.  Showing facts and statistices and truly empathizing with the emotional response, doesn't seem to effectively produce the optimum listing price.  As a homeowner myself,  I truly understand the thought, care and money that went into the maintenance and upgrades in a sellers home.  Yet, I also understand the buyers emphasis on price, given todays market.   I recognize that motivation on the sellers part is one of the keys to pricing.   Of course like all agents in partnership with their sellers the goal is to sell their home.   What then, are some of the other keys to listing the home at the right  price for todays market?   Martha Maggiore,  Keller Williams Cornerstone Realty, 352 857-4667
