We're well into the largest sales season of the year and it's time to make a few comparisons.
Here in Fishers we are seeing some changes throughout the market from $220k and Up.
The $200k and under market remains fairly unchanged, and while sales have lept up in the
$200k - $300k market, theÂ sales prices there are averaging the same at $99 per square foot.
However, whereas the $1mill+ market in Carmel posted higher sales this year over last, the same
market in Fishers is tagging 0, though 1 has finally pended at $1.6.Â A sign of things to come?Â We
hope so.Â There are 17 homes active at this price point now in Fishers.
Homes in the $700-$1m price range are slightly lower in sales but Significantly lower in sold price
per square foot.Â Since there are still 24 homes actively listed and 2 pending, we hope we'll see an
upswing in sales and price in the near future.
There are 62 active listings in the $500-$700k category and 7 pending.Â It mayÂ turn intoÂ a great year for
sellers in this range.Â Prices are already up by $5 per square foot.Â
