Scottsdale Foreclosures Dropping

The latest Maricopa County real estate statistics have been released. It shows a clear trend of the number of Notices of Default dropping every month. The Notice of Default is the first step in a scottsdale arizona foreclosuresforeclosure. As the number of Notices drop, so will the number of foreclosures. The purple line on the chart shows the number of Notices of Default in Maricopa County since June 2009. The number peaked in December 2009 and has been dropping ever since.

If you are looking for a Scottsdale foreclosure you should act soon. There are tons of people sitting on the fence waiting for the market to bottom. This may have already occurred. The activity for Scottsdale foreclosure sales is way up and the inventory for new Scottsdale foreclosures is way down. I see multiple offers and bidding wars for Scottsdale luxury foreclosures regularly.
