In May 2011 the residential real estate markets of
Brunswick, ME saw 14 homes sell compared with 24 in May 2010. This represents a
42% volume decrease year over year.Â The
Brunswick residential housing marketplace continue to stabilize with a price
drop of 3% this month, and a 4% climb yearly with the median price clocking in
