3. How to research for real estate properties determine the value their Realtor does not know how to comp?
4. How to purchase properties from court house steps? 
5. How to purchase deeds with tax liens AND where to go for this data?
6. How  to determine the price for the rental make a profit?
7. What is secret of purchasing a bank foreclosure with equity ?
8. You don't mind attending an investor meeting(s) ?
9. You don't mind looking at this property providing me an opinion on it ? ! 
10. You don't mind reviewing financial's on a property for your opinion ? ! 
11. I require list of all your contractors to rehab OR rebuild a home I just purchased
12. I want to become a Realtor - can you provide me your "trade secrets" how you are successful ... "
13. Can you assist me with my FSBO on staging the property ?
14. THE LIST IS ENDLESS

MY RESPONSE:  "...You are wanting a real estate consultant which I charge $250 an hour with 4 hour minimum..."  AMAZING the response I might receive either hang up OR can't believe that I would request charge for my services.

1. Attorney charges
2. Doctor charges
3. CPA charges
4. Business consultant charges
5. THE LIST IS ENDLESS professional who charge for their knowledge 
6. AS WITH ANY PROFESSION if we keep handing out FREE ADVICE we never be able have time work with paying clients
