You as a buyers agent must educate the family that although you submitted a sales contract there is "wait" with lenders. It can be from 30 - 60 days or longer .....CONTINUAL phone calls and emails become the point that you as a buyers agent is harassing listing the agent. IF LISTING AGENT DOES NOT KNOW , don't have answers there is not additional information we can provide AND will update when we receive response !
Making your "loud continual screams to brokers office" still does not push it long
at the lenders level.
Keep in mind the asset managers can have over 5,000 properties and the home your Dallas buyer is interested in JUST ANOTHER NUMBER in the folders that require attention.
STOP CALLING, if you or your buyer can't wait for lender response MOVE ON
to another property which does not require lender involvement. Dallas
short sale or Dallas foreclosure can take approximately 45 days to 9
months to close !
